The Independence Day commemorates the brave young men who sacrificed their lives to liberate India from the manacles of thralldom. 74th Independence Day was celebrated from students of Desh Bhagat Global School with patriotic fervor. To keep the patriotic spirit alive, several events i.e. Tricolour food presentation, Patriotic Dress up, Patriotic Song or Poem, Patriotic Choreography or Skit, Patriotic speech in the attire of any freedom fighter. Students, through their act, tried to rewind the history and depicted the story of sardar Bhagat singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru . Students showcased their feelings through group dance and group songs in the online celebration. The whole environment was echoed with ‘Vande-Matram' and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. The school principal Mrs. Neha congrats the students on the eve of Independence Day. The participants spell bound the audience with their performance and also filled them with patriotic enthusiasm. The national anthem echoed in the end of celebration. Kids were dressed in colourful patriotic dresses sang national anthem and saluted the National Flag. School Principal, Mrs Neha Dhall elucidated importance of the historic day. School secretary honourable Tejinder Kaur asked Students to took pledge to contribute in making New India which will be free from the poverty, corruption, terrorism, communalism and casteism.
