Basant Panchami is usually marked the start  of Spring season and end of the winter season.Desh Bhagat Global School, Mandi Gobindgarh  organised Virtual Basant Panchami Celebration for the students to welcome  the spring season.Exotic activities like kite making and flying activities on the occasion of Basant Panchami. Students showed their talent and creativity by making colourful kites. They even wrote thoughts, quotes and messages on them.The tiny tots of pre- primary dressed up in yellow colour attires and presented yellow dishes.The students of classes 8th to 12th presented songs , poems and  speeches related to Basant and sent their videos and photos.All students looked excited about the festival.The principal of the school Mrs.Neha Dhall congratulated all the students and parents on the eve of Basant Panchami.The chairman of the school Respected Dr. Zora Singh and secretary of the school Dr. Tejinder Kaur appealed the students to participate in such activities to keep the spirit alive among masses.
